Roberta's Las Vegas Real Estate Blog: Town Square Las Vegas

Town Square Las Vegas

Just in time for holiday shopping,  Town Square Las Vegas is opening Wednesday, November 14th.  It is located on Las Vegas Blvd at Interstate 15 and the Las Vegas Beltway.

The complex is comprised of 22 separate buildings and it offers dining, retail, entertainment and has a pavilion for concerts and events.  The Rave Motion Pictures complex has 18 screens, three of which are 3-D.  There is even a 24 Hour Fitness Center and a Whole Foods.  All kinds of retail stores are located in the community.

Town Square has a small town atmosphere that is designed to be a community gathering place and even has a children's park for the kids.    The streets are driveable and some shops even have store front parking.  There are also 3 garages with almost 6,000 spots of covered parking.  If you feel like taking a rest, there are shaded areas with misters to take a break for awhile.

350,000 square feet are devoted to office space.

Great write up.  We will have to check it out next time we are in your town.

Peter: Hope you enjoy it when you get here.  Hope you have fun on both your trips.  The weather in March should be beautiful.

Elaine:  Yes, make sure you check it out!  It sounds like it is really nice.

Hey Roberta what an amazing place.  I've never been to Las Vegas except to drive through, but if I'm in the area I'll have to check it out.  How are things going?

Sandy: You need to visit Las Vegas.  Bring the kids and we'll get together and have a good time!
